Easy to deal with. Rosemary was lovely, and we were sad to hear she had moved on. However, Yvonne picked up the reins and was every bit as easy and helpful. The choice of mortgage provider is a whole other story. Very difficult to satisfy their long list of demands. However, as overseas buyers, we had little choice but to see the deal through. iLender did facilitate a couple of compromises, for which we were extremely grateful.

Initially I found Bruce at iLender to be very positive however when things became a little more challenging he lost interest, clearly only interested in jobs he can easily secure. Found another broker now who works hard, actually wants our business and has given some great advice. Bruce and iLender are only after the quick wins.

They dont deserve any stars Just a waste of time, seats on financial documents for 8 weeks and unable to provide a resonable response.To slow to response and not eben sure they been working on my file.Multiple properties previously done via Banks was much straight forward and just a waste of time deaing with this Broker specifically. Crystal Clear Documents straight forward lending , we have to fix with current bank on high rates!!! what a loser iLender...Never Again.... Very Disappointed
