I recently dealt with Jeff and the team when I found myself relocating from Australia to NZ. They were amazing. My situation was a little different from most, but they made the process as easy as it could be, patiently answered my many questions and got me all sorted out. I would definitely recommend iLender/smartadvisor to anyone.

Grant Coulter, from iLender made the home loan process easy and painless. Since it took me 8 months to find my new home, Grant patiently got my preapproval extended several times, resubmitted it once and managed to wrangle the bank into extending the term of the loan (despite my age). Nothing was too much effort. I highly recommend Grant.

We had a great experience working with Jeff and Lorraine from iLender. As overseas investors, arranging finance for a property purchase in New Zealand could have been complicated, but they made the whole process smooth and straightforward. They were both incredibly helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. We would happily recommend iLender to anyone looking for mortgage advice, particularly overseas investors.

There is nothing fake in regards to I-Lender claims. They will make your dream of owning your house a reality. Jeff and his team are nothing short of amazing. Owning our own house was always a distant dream. I-Lender de-cluttered all the red tape and barriers to make it possible for us. When there was a road block Jeff removed it. If you are serious about owning your house and tired of rejection from banks etc call Jeff at I-Lender. If they can’t help you no one can.
