First Home Buyers Mortgage Specialists, Here to Help
First Home Buyers Loan Application
Four easy steps to get your mortgage sorted.
Home Loan Application: Apply online or over the phone, with basic information such as income, current debts, and deposit abilities.
Whether you have perfect credit or not, (not everyone has a perfect track record and we have great mortgages for those with bad credit or arrears) give us a call to find out what we can do for you. We’ll advise you immediately of all your options and get you on the path to home ownership fast.
Pre-Approval: When the Bank says “We like this deal” we get a written offer outlining the conditions, home loan size and rates indication. Then you can go house hunting with confidence.
Conditional approval: The Bank has seen the whole deal, including property, almost ready to go.
Unconditional Approval: When the Bank says “Yes” formally – start packing!
Settlement: The big day! Home loan funds are released from the Bank to your Solicitor and you can move right in.
Make sure any required insurances are in place and get ready to enjoy your first night ‘at home’.
