The ad I saw said “probably the best mortgage broker in NZ”. Ah well, talk is cheap. Anyway, for some reason I decided to give iLender a go.

I’d already approached the bank and the screeds of info they wanted (for a small loan as compared to my equity) was insane! To hell with them, I’m in a hurry here!

Long story short I approached iLender and Jeff had it sorted with a pretty darn quick turnaround! I was able to get the deposit I needed for the new place and some funds to tidy up my existing home.

Final thoughts? ILender - probably the BEST mortgage broker in NZ!

There is nothing fake in regards to I-Lender claims. They will make your dream of owning your house a reality. Jeff and his team are nothing short of amazing. Owning our own house was always a distant dream. I-Lender de-cluttered all the red tape and barriers to make it possible for us. When there was a road block Jeff removed it. If you are serious about owning your house and tired of rejection from banks etc call Jeff at I-Lender. If they can’t help you no one can.
